摘要
为了解决矿井采掘接替困难、6~#煤层煤巷工作面掘进速度缓慢的问题,实现安全、快速消突,提出了深孔控制预裂爆破快速消突技术。现场应用表明:在6~#煤层掘进工作面进行区域防突措施期间,当抽采管路中瓦斯浓度下降到4%时,通过实施深孔控制预裂爆破快速消突技术,抽采钻孔的瓦斯浓度最大增加了5.6倍,抽采时间缩短了42.2%,实现了安全、快速消突的目的。
In order to solve the problem of difficult replacement of mine excavation and slow tunneling speed of coal roadway in no.6 coal seam,the safety and rapid elimination of outburst is realized,and put forward the technology of rapid elimination of outburst by deep hole controlled pre-splitting blasting. Field practice shows that: when the gas extraction concentration in pipeline fell to 4%,through deep hole pre-splitting blasting quick control outburst elimination technique,extraction of drilling gas concentration increased 5.6 times,the largest extraction time reduced by 42.2%,which achieved the purpose of safe and rapid elimination.
