Research on Obstacle Factors of Influencing Young Scientific and Technological Talents Growth in Local Universities and Countermeasures

青年科技人才决定着中国科技事业的持续发展,做好青年科技人才培养工作意义重大。以地方高校为视角,着重分析了影响青年科技人才成长的障碍因素,对建立与完善青年科技人才培养机制提出了探索性建议。

Young scientific and technological talents determine the sustainable development of China’s science and technology career,do a good job in the training of young scientific and technological talents is of great significance. From the perspective of local colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the obstacles that affect the growth of young scientific and technological talents,and puts forward some exploratory suggestions on the establishment and improvement of the training mechanism of young scientific and technological talents.
