Discussion on Re-employment Paths of Laid-off Workers of State-owned Enterprises

国企员工下岗再就业一直是政府和社会各界高度关注的话题。分析了国企下岗职工再就业面临的困境,介绍了一段时期以来下岗职工再就业的普遍做法及经验,提出了加强就业援助和大力发展非公经济等提高国企下岗职工再就业率的措施。

Re-employment of laid-off employees of state-owned enterprises has been a topic of great concern to the government and all sectors of society. This paper analyzes the difficulties of re-employment of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises,introduces the common practices and experiences of re-employment of laid-off workers in some period of time,and puts forward some measures to improve the re-employment rate of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises,such as strengthening employment assistance and vigorously developing non-public economy.
