Discussion on Rural Land Reform from the Perspective of Supply Side

在介绍农村集体建设用地改革的基础上,指出农村土地改革的关键点在于思想解放,突破点在市场经济,出发点在供给侧,而顶层设计下的制度保障将是农村土地改革的重要法宝。

On the basis of introducing the rural collective construction land reform,this paper points out that the key point of rural land reform is ideological emancipation,the breakthrough point is market economy,the starting point is on the supply side. The system guarantee under the top-level design will be an important magic weapon for rural land reform.
