摘要 根据《生活饮用水标准检验方法无机非金属指标》GB/T5750.5—2006中规定的异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法进行氰化物的测定:分别用取样体积、馏出液体积、加入试剂均不同的两种标准样品制备方法进行标准样品制备并分析;在样品制备、实验条件均保持一致的情况下,分别用3cm、1cm比色皿进行比色定量,得出了标准样品水质总氰化物的正确制备方法,并且可以用1cm比色皿比色定量测定地下水中氰化物含量,不同比色皿在测定同一溶液时吸光度和比色皿的光程长度成倍数关系。 According to standard examination method for drinking water:inorganic nonmetal index GB/T 5750.5-2006,the examination of cyanide was carried out by isoniacin-pyrazolinone spectrophotometry. Standard samples were prepared and analyzed by two standard sample preparation methods that are different in sampling volume,distillate liquid volume and adding reagents. Under the condition that the sample preparation and experimental conditions are consistent,the colorimetric quantity is carried out with 3 cm and 1 cm cuvette respectively. The correct preparation method of total cyanide in standard sample water was obtained,and the content of cyanide in groundwater could be quantitatively determined by the colorimetric method of 1 cm cuvette. The optical path length of between the absorbance and cuvette is multiple relationship in the determination of the same solution.
