致密定形耐火制品加热永久线变化检测结果的不确定度分析与评定

摘要 以高铝砖为例,研究了长度测量仪法对致密定形耐火制品加热永久线变化检测结果的影响因素,并进行了不确定度分析与评定。结果表明:影响其加热永久线变化不确定度的因素主要有重复性测量、试样长度测量及结果数值修约等,其中由试样重复性测量引入的不确定度最大,可以通过增加试样数量来减小重复性测量引入的不确定度分量,从而减小检测结果的扩展不确定度。 In this paper,the influence factors of measuring results about permanent change in dimension on heating of dense shaped refractory products by length measuring instrument method were studied,and the uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated by taking high alumina brick as an example. The results show that the uncertainties affecting factors of permanent change in dimension on heating mainly include repeatability measurement,sample length measurement and numerical modification of the results. One of the greatest uncertainty was introduced by sample repeatability measurement. The uncertainty component introduced in repetitive measurement can be reduced by increasing the number of samples,so that the expanded uncertainty of test results can be reduced.
