摘要
以九水合硝酸铁为铁源,分别以水和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,分别以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,采用水热法合成了α-氧化铁。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光光谱仪(PL)对氧化铁样品进行了表征和分析。结果表明:在不同溶剂与不同表面活性剂的作用下,可以制备出尺寸不一致、形貌不同的纳米氧化铁材料。由于纳米氧化铁的尺寸和形貌不同,导致其光致发光发射峰的强度不同,发射峰的位置产生了明显的红移和蓝移。
The α-Fe2O3 were prepared by hydrothermal method,in which ferric nitrate hexahydrate as iron source,water and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvents,and cetyldimethy-lammonium bromide(CTAB) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) as surfactants,respectively.The as-prepared products were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),fluorescent spectrometry(PL) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that the iron oxide nano- materials had different sizes and different morphologies under the action of different solvents and surfactants.The intensity of the photoluminescence emission peak was different,and the position of the emission peak was obviously red-shifted and blue-shifted,which were mainly attributed to the different sizes and different morphologies of the iron oxide nanomaterials.
