摘要
钛白废酸是一种液体废物,处理不当将严重污染环境。利用钛白废酸代替硫酸制备硫氧镁水泥,既能保护环境,又可以节省成本。通过钛白废酸与氧化镁反应生成硫酸镁,再添加轻烧氧化镁和改性剂柠檬酸,即可以制成硫氧镁水泥。测试了硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间、抗压能力、微观结构和物相组成。与传统硫酸法制备的硫氧镁水泥相比,采用钛白废酸制备的硫氧镁水泥凝结时间更短,同时在抗压强度、微观结构和物相组成方面两者基本一致,证明利用钛白废酸制备硫氧镁水泥是可行的。
Titanium white waste acid is a kind of liquid waste that will seriously pollute the environment if handled improperly.Using titanium white waste acid to replace sulfuric acid when prepare magnesium oxysulfate cement can not only protect the environment but also save costs.The magnesium oxysulfate cement can be produced by reacting titanium white waste acid with magnesium oxide to form magnesium sulfate,and then adding light calcined magnesia and modifier citric acid.The setting time,compressive capacity,microstructure and phase composition of the magnesium oxysulfide cement were tested.Compared with the magnesium oxysulfate cement prepared by the traditional sulphuric acid method,the magnesium oxysulfate cement prepared by using the titanium white waste acid has a shorter setting time,and the compressive strength,microstructure and phase composition of the two methods were both consistent.It is feasible to prepare magnesium oxysulfide cement from titanium white waste acid.
