摘要
目的探讨生酮饮食在减肥中的应用效果。方法采用比较分析方法,对20名志愿者随机分组,分别进行生酮饮食组和常规饮食组两种方案,通过研究对象的体重和腹围变化,采用t检验和方差分析研究不同饮食方案与研究对象身体成分指标的关系。结果生酮饮食加高强度间歇训练法,提高了志愿者的依从性,降低了体重和腹围,效果比常规饮食组好。结论生酮饮食联合高强度间歇训练法,较常规饮食联合运动锻炼疗效较好,且依从性较好,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of ketogenic diet on weight-loss.Methods: Twenty volunteers were randomly divided into ketogenic diet group and routine diet group by using comparative analysis method. T test and ANOVA were used to analyze the relationship between different dietary regimens and body composition indices.Results: Ketogenic diet combined with high intensity intermittent training improved the compliance of volunteers, reduced body weight and abdominal circumference, and the effect was better than that of routine diet group.Conclusion: Ketogenic diet combined with high intensity intermittent training is more effective than routine diet combined with exercise, and has better compliance, which is worth popularizing.
