我院门诊2015—2017年第二类精神药品使用分析

Analysis on use of second class psychotropic substances for outpatients in our hospital from 2015 to 2017

目的了解我院门诊二类精神药品的使用情况,评价临床用药合理性。方法统计我院门诊2015年至2017年二类精神药品品种、名称、规格、用量和销售金额等数据,计算用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、排序比等相关指标并进行分析。结果我院二类精神药品共11个品种。药品用量及销售金额逐年增加。阿普唑仑片、氯硝西泮片、艾司唑仑片和佐匹克隆片使用频率高。阿普唑仑片和艾司唑仑片排序比大于1。结论我院第二类精神药品使用基本合理,但个别药物使用存在不合理现象。

Objective:To investigate the application of type II psychotropic drugs for outpatient in one hospital from 2015-2017, and to evaluate the rationality of clinical medication. Methods:The utilization, consumption sums, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio of type II psychotropic drugs were calculated and analyzed. Results:Consumption costs of second class psychotropic substances increased year by year from 2015 to 2017. Eleven drug varieties were totally used. Alprazolam, clonazepam, estazolam tablets and zopiclone had high frequency. Drug sequence ratio of alprazolam and estazolam tablets was far larger than 1.00. Conclusion:The use of the second class of psychotropic drugs in the hospital is basically reasonable, but some unreasonable use still exists.
