Decision-making Analysis of Third Party Environmental Services Based on Risk Avoidance and Fair Concern

本文考虑由1个排污企业和1个第三方环境服务提供商构成的环境服务供应链,以双方为风险中性和公平中性决策者时的博弈结果为参照,构建排污企业考虑和不考虑第三方环境服务商风险规避、公平关切行为的差别决策模型。研究结果表明:当第三方环境服务商具有行为偏好时,排污企业提高对第三方环境服务商行为偏好的关注,有利于环境合作双方利润的增加,也可得到更高的社会环境收益;排污企业关注第三方环境服务商行为偏好,确保排污企业不得到坏的博弈结果,但只能消除公平关切心理对第三方环境服务商决策的影响;当第三方环境服务商适当增强其公平关切心理并且让排污企业关注到这一行为偏好时,有利于环境服务链整体收益最大化的提升。

This paper considers an environmental service supply chain consisting of a sewage company and a third-party environmental service provider.The results of the game between the two parties are risk neutral and fair neutral decision makers,and the construction of sewage companies considers and does not consider the third-party environment.A differentiated decision model for service provider risk aversion and fair concern behavior.The research results show that when the third-party environmental ser-vice providers have behavioral preferences,the sewage companies can pay more attention to the behavior preference of the third-party environmental service providers,which is beneficial to the increase of profits of both parties to the environmental cooperation,and can also obtain higher social and environmental benefits.Enterprises pay attention to the behavioral preferences of third-party environmental service providers to ensure that polluting enterprises do not get bad game results,but can only eliminate the impact of fairness concerns on third-party environmental service providers’ decisions;when third-party environmental service providers appropriately enhance their fairness concerns and allowing polluting companies to pay attention to this behavioral preference is conducive to the maximization of the overall revenue of the environmental service chain.
