特色农业小镇视角下蔬菜产业与乡村旅游融合发展研究

Study on the Integration Development of Vegetable Industry and Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Characteristic Agricultural Town

近年来,河北省张家口尚义县蔬菜产业发展迅速并成为特色产业。但在蔬菜产业发展过程中仍存在不少问题,如以小农户种植为主,没有形成规模化经营;销售渠道单一,销售方式落后;没有与乡村旅游形成有机结合等。尚义县蔬菜产业应与乡村旅游融合发展,即通过推进特色蔬菜产业化经营、培育特色蔬菜品牌化销售、旅游化开发、社区化管理等,打造特色蔬菜小镇,拉长蔬菜产业链,培育区域品牌,实现蔬菜生态旅游,进而促进尚义县乡村经济发展。

In recent years,the vegetable industry in Shangyi county,Zhangjiakou,Hebei province has developed rapidly and become a characteristic industry. However,there are still many problems in the development of the vegetable industry,such as planting by small farmers, no scale operation, single sales channel, backward sales mode, and no combination with rural tourism.Vegetable industry should be integrated with rural tourism in Shangyi county. Namely by promoting the industrialized management of characteristic vegetables, cultivating the brand sale of characteristic vegetables, tourism development,community management,etc.,build characteristic vegetable town,lengthen vegetable industry chain,cultivate regional brand,realize vegetable ecotourism,and promote rural economic development of Shangyi county.
