摘要
通过对SN/T 3385-2012聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂及其制品中乙醛的测定[1]的方法验证,总结与实验室不相适宜的问题,以供应链的角度提升方法的适用性。通过调整气相色谱仪(GC)和顶空(HS)仪器参数,乙醛目标物出峰峰形良好、灵敏度(测定低限0.3μg/g)满足标准测试要求;通过细化和优化检测步骤,如样品前处理细化、测定范围扩展为0.3μg/g^20μg/g等,能提高实验室工作效率和质量控制要求。经细化和调整,该方法能适用于PET树脂及其制品中乙醛的测定。
Through the validation of determination of acetaldehyde in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin and article by SN/T 3385-2012, the problems that are not suitable for the laboratory are summarized, and the applicability are improved from the perspective of the supply chain. The peak of the acetaldehyde target is good and the sensitivity(the limit of quantification is 0.3μg/g) meets the test requirements of standard, by adjusting the gas chromatograph (GC) and headspace (HS) instrument parameters. By refining and optimizing the experimental procedure,detection steps, for example, sample pretreatment is refined and the determination range is extended from 0.3μg/g to 20μg/g and so on.,the laboratory work efficiency and quality control can be improved. After refinement and adjustment, the method can be applied to the determination of acetaldehyde in PET resin and article.
