油井气举-电泵组合举升运行参数的联调优化 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决气举-电泵组合举升配产过程中由于低效工况造成的生产不协调问题,通过研究油井流入动态、井筒多相流动特性、举升工艺的运动学及动力学特征,以及相互之间的能量作用关系,建立了气举-电泵举升耦合数学模型。基于节点分析的方法,通过对油井工况进行分析,在此基础上形成了不同配产目标下气举-电泵组合举升运行参数的优化联调方法,给出了不同配产条件下的电泵和气举优化运行参数。计算结果表明,在气举-电泵组合举升系统出现低效工况时,可以利用采集的生产动态数据进行工况分析,结合分析的量化结果在产量变化时进行参数调整决策,科学设计气举-电泵井的频率-注气联调方案,实现油藏、井筒、双举升设备的协调工作,在不动管柱作业的情况下达到组合举升油井的高效运行。 In the process of gas lift-electric submersible pump combined lifting under a given production target, the production is discordant due to low-efficiency working conditions. To solve this problem, the coupling mathematic model of gas lift and electric submersible pump lift was established after the inflow performance of oil well, the multi-phase flow characteristics of wellbore, the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of lifting process and their mutual energy effect were investigated. Then, the working conditions of oil well were analyzed by means of node analysis method. Thus, the optimization and joint adjustment method for the operation parameters of gas lift-electric submersible pump combined lifting to reach different production targets was developed, and the optimal operation parameters of electric submersible pump and gas lift under different production targets were provided. The calculation results show that when low-efficiency working condition occurs in the gas lift-electric submersible pump combined lifting system, the working condition can be analyzed using the acquired production performance data. When the production rate changes, the decision on operation parameter adjustment is made based on the quantitative analysis result of the working condition. In this way, the frequency-gas injection joint adjustment scheme of gas lift-electric submersible pump well is prepared scientifically, and oil reservoir, well and equipment are coordinated. And in the operation with immovable string, the combined-lifting oil well can run efficiently.
