摘要
耐热钢253MA含有0.03%~0.08%的稀土Ce,但稀土元素极为活泼,冶炼烧损不易控制.结合热力学计算,制定253MA冶炼工艺方案.通过253MA冶炼试验,将钢中氧含量控制在30ppm以下,稀土Ce收得率达到60%,远高于国内30%~40%的收得率控制水平.
253MA heat resistant steel contains 0.03%~0.08% rare earth Ce, but rare earth elements are very ac. tive, the burning loss is difficult to control. Combined thermodynamic calculation, designated smelting process plan. Through the smelting experiment of 253MA, the oxygen content in steel was controlled below 30ppm,the yield of rare earth Ce reached 60%, which was far above the control level of domestic.
