摘要
采用拉伸、硬度、金相等试验方法,研究控轧技术对35CrMo冷镦钢组织及力学性能的演变规律.结果表明,采用控轧技术,将热轧材进双模块温度降低到800℃和750℃,可以显著降低35CrMo冷镦钢成品的强度和硬度,提高塑性,达到免退火处理;还改善热轧状态的组织,减少基体组织中贝氏体的含量,同时也减小氧化铁皮的厚度,提高产品的成材率.
The evolution for the effect of controlled rolling technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 35CrMo cold heading steel was studied by means of tensile test, hardness test and metallographic test. The results showed that by means of controlled rolling technology, the temperature of hot rolled material into double modules was reduced to 800℃ and 750℃, which could significantly reduce the strength and hardness of the finished 35CrMo cold rolled steel, improve the plasticity, and achieve annealing-free treatment;it can also improve the micro. structure in the hot rolled state, reduce the content of bainite in the matrix structure, and also reduce the thickness of the scale, so as to improve the yield of products.
