摘要 本文研究了石墨烯对环氧树脂性能的影响。采用螺杆挤出机与开炼机将石墨烯分散在环氧树脂体系中,通过拉力试验机、绝缘测试仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热分析仪(TGA)等对改性树脂体系的力学性能、电性能及热力学性能进行表征。结果表明,材料的常温剪切强度随着石墨烯用量的增加而下降,150℃剪切强度随石墨烯用量的增加呈先增大后趋于稳定;材料的电阻值随着石墨烯用量的增加而显著下降然后趋于稳定;当温度区间为100℃~140℃时,片层结构石墨烯的加入可明显改变胶膜的黏度范围;材料的热稳定性随着石墨烯用量的增加基本未发生变化;扫描电镜发现石墨烯的引入可大幅度提高环氧树脂的韧性;石墨烯的引入在一定程度提高了胶膜的玻璃化转变温度。 The effects of graphene on the properties of epoxy resin was studied. Graphene was dispersed in epoxy resin system by screw extruder and mixer. Mechanical property, electrical property and thermodynamic property of grapheme/epoxy resin system were characterized by tensile testing machine, insulation tester, Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC) and thermal analyzer(TGA). Results show that shear strength of materials at room temperature increased with the increase of dosage of graphene. 150℃ shear strength increases with an increase of dosage of graphene and tends to be stable. The resistance value of the material decreases obviously with the increase of graphene content and then stabilized. When the temperature range is 100℃~140℃, the addition of graphene with lamellar structure can significantly change the viscosity range of the film. The thermal stability of the material does not change with the increase of the amount of graphene. Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) shows that the introduction of graphene significantly improves the toughness of epoxy resin. The glass transition temperature of the film is increased by the introduction of graphene to some extent.
