摘要
针对盘溪水库溢流坝左、右边墩出现的贯穿性裂缝问题,对闸墩结构进行配筋复核及闸墩有限元静力计算,分析了闸墩裂缝形成的原因,提出了相应的裂缝处理方案,研究结果表明:闸墩配筋满足结构安全运行要求,且外荷载引起的闸墩应力只影响裂缝的走向,裂缝形成的主要原因为温度收缩应力以及薄弱层的存在。经采用化学灌浆方法对闸墩裂缝进行修补,恢复了闸墩结构的整体性,为水库的安全运行提供了重要保障。
This paper aims at the problem of penetrating cracks in the left and right side piers of the overflow weir of Panxi Reservoir, through the reinforcement check of the pier structure and the method of the pier finite element static analysis, the reason of the crack formation of the pier is analyzed, and the corresponding crack treatment scheme is put forward. The result shows that the reinforcement of the pier meets the safety requirements of the structure, and the stress of pier caused by external load only affects the trend of pier cracks, the main causes of cracks in the pier are temperature shrinkage stress and the existence of weak layers. At last, the chemical grouting method is used to repair the cracks of the pier, and the integrity of the pier structure is restored, which provides an important guarantee for the safe operation of the reservoir.
