摘要
莲阳桥闸重建工程地基淤泥质软土层深厚,地基加固处理工艺及加固方案的选择、施工工艺参数的确定,关系到工程的质量、进度和成本。通过对比分析,采用水泥搅拌桩(粉喷桩)对水闸软土地基进行加固,并通过合理选择搅拌桩机设备、试验确定水泥掺入比和施工工艺参数,确保了水闸深厚淤泥软土层粉喷桩加固(加固深度达到22m)的质量,取得了良好的经济、社会效益,可为类似工程地基处理提供参考借鉴。
The mucky soft soil layer under the foundation of Lianyang Bridge-Sluice Reconstruction Project is deep and thick. The quality, schedule and cost of the project, are greatly affected by the selection of foundation reinforcement technologies, processes, and reinforcement plans, and determination of construction process parameters. Though comparative analysis, a reinforcement plan with dry jet mixing piles was adopted to reinforce the soft soil foundation of the project. Moreover, by reasonably selecting construction machines, determining the cement incorporation ratio and construction process parameters based on tests, the reinforcement quality of dry jet mixing piles (as long as 22 meters) on deep mucky soft soil was ensured. Economic and social benefits have been achieved. Experiences on soft soil reinforcement in this project may provide some reference for similar projects.
