针梁台车衬砌技术在夹岩水利工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着水利水电工程建设规模和应用形式不断变化,圆形隧洞设计在施工中得以广泛应用。夹岩水利枢纽工程输水干渠全线为圆形隧洞,圆形隧洞可以节省开挖和混凝土衬砌工程量,充分利用隧洞空间。但开挖和混凝土衬砌施工难度相对较大,尤其是混凝土衬砌采用针梁模板台车施工质量需要严格的工艺控制。为提高混凝土衬砌质量和加快混凝土施工速度,实施过程中对针梁台车选型、安装严格控制,混凝土衬砌采用流水线施工,经过工程现场的实施,混凝土衬砌质量和施工进度控制收到了良好效果。 With the constant change of scale and application form of water resources and Hydropower projects, circular tunnel design has been widely used in construction. The main channel of Jiayan Water Control Project is a circular tunnel. The circular tunnel can save excavation and concrete lining and make full use of tunnel space. However, excavation and concrete lining construction are relatively difficult, especially the construction quality of concrete lining using needle beam formwork trolley needs strict process control. In order to improve the quality of concrete lining and speed up the construction of concrete, the selection and installation of needle beam trolley are strictly controlled during the implementation process. The concrete lining is constructed by pipeline. After the implementation of the project site, the quality and construction progress control of concrete lining has achieved good results.
