Fenton氧化法在发酵类抗生素废水处理中的应用

摘要 发酵类抗生素废水生化系统的出水采用Fenton氧化法处理,在处理前利用单因子实验研究废水初始pH、FeSO4·7H2O投加量、H2O2投加量以及反应时间对废水CODCr去除效果的影响,并确定最佳值。实验结果表明:在室温条件(25℃)下,初始pH为3.5,H2O2投加量为14.69 mmol/L,m(H2O2)∶m(Fe2+)=4.32∶1,反应时间80 min,废水CODCr去除率可达79.5%。工程应用后废水CODCr去除率可达79.0%,每吨废水处理成本为2.90元,证明Fenton氧化法在发酵类抗生素废水处理中效果显著,能够降解生化系统难以降解的有机物。 The effluent of the biochemical treatment system of antibioticsfermentation wastewater was treated by Fenton oxidation method. The effect of initial pH value, FeSO 4·7H 2O dosage, H 2O 2 dosage and reaction time on the removal of COD Cr in wastewater was studied by single factor experiments. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: temperature 25 ℃, initial pH 3.5, H 2O 2 dosage 14.69 mmol/L , m (H 2O 2)∶ m (Fe 2+)=4.32∶1, and the reaction time 80 min . The removal of COD Cr reached 79.5%. During the practical application, the removal of COD Cr reached 79.0%, and the treatment cost was 2.90 yuan per ton of wastewater, which indicatedthat Fenton oxidation method was effective for the treatment of antibioticsfermentation wastewater.
