“互联网+”背景下河南省农村电子商务发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Rural E-commerce in Henan Province under the Background of "Internet +"

近年来,以“互联网+”为代表的生产技术的革新正推动我国经济形态不断地演变,其对农村经济的影响也日益显现。“互联网+农业”正从电子商务等网络销售环节向生产领域渗透,给河南这个传统农业大省带来了千载难逢的发展机遇,为河南省的农业转型升级奠定基础。文章基于河南省农村电子商务发展现状和“互联网+”对现代农业的影响视角,提出了适合河南省农村电子商务的发展路径,即:完善顶层设计,以培育、集聚和升级农业产业为导向规划建设农村电子商务;加强农村电子商务基础设施建设;加强对农村地区金融扶持力度,不断优化农村电子商务环境;推进农产品规模化、标准化生产及品牌化进程。

In these days,"Internet +" technology has propelled a lot in the economical ecology of China, especially in rural economics. The technology has developed from E-business into E-products of agriculture, which means a huge opportunity for Henan as so big an agricultural province. This paper analyzes the situation of E-business in Henan rural area and elaborates the influence of "Internet +" on modern agriculture, and then provides proper approaches for the development of Henan rural E-business. First, the top-level design should be improved, in order to establish the basis for the industrial incubation and upgrading. Secondly, it is emphasized to build the infrastructure of E-business. Thirdly, the financial support should be strengthened, in order to optimiz e the environment for E-business' development. Finally, the scale development with standardization and branding should be promoted.
