校城融合视域下吉林市高职教育发展思考

Reflections on the Development of Higher Vocational Education in Jilin City from the Perspective of School-City Integration

从办学定位上看,高职教育的发展离不开城市经济的发展,城市的快速发展和经济的崛起离不开高职教育的有效支援,学校和城市是相辅相成的鱼水关系。高职教育是与区域经济发展最为紧密的一种类型教育,其根本任务是培养数量充足、质量过硬的技术技能人才。吉林省吉林市高职教育要准确办学定位,建设吉林特色的中高职衔接和现代学徒制教育,加强师资队伍、社会服务与职业培训体系建设,以适应区域经济发展的需要。

From the perspective of school-running orientation, the development of higher vocational education cannot be separated from the development of urban economy, and the rapid development of cities and the rise of economy cannot be separated from the effective support of higher vocational education, therefore schools and cities are mutually reinforcing. Higher vocational education is a type of education closely related to regional economic development, and its basic task is to cultivate sufficient skilled talent with high quality. Higher vocational education in Jilin Province needs to accurately positioning the school running, construct the secondary and higher vocational education connection and modern apprenticeship education, and enforce the construction of teaching team and the system of social service and professional training so as to adapt to the needs of regional economic development.
