对处于转型期的我国经济社会,工匠精神具有重要的时代价值。工匠精神的内涵随着时代的变迁而不断丰富和发展,具有鲜明的时代特征。培育与传承工匠精神,不仅是实现“中国制造2025”战略计划的需要,也是高职教育培养高素质技术技能型人才的迫切要求。为此,应在全社会形成崇尚劳动的良好氛围,注重提高学生人文素养和人文精神,积极推行现代学徒制,加强高职校企文化相互融合,开展创新创业教育等方面塑造工匠精神。

The craftsmanship spirit is of great value to China's economic society in the transition period. The connotation of craftsmanship spirit is constantly enriched and developed with the changes of the times, which has distinct characteristics of the times. Fostering and inheriting craftsmanship spirit satisfies not only the need to implement the "Made in China 2025" strategy, but also the urgent demand for higher vocational education to train high-quality technical talent. Therefore we should foster the benign atmosphere of adoring labor in society, pay attention to improving the humanistic quality and spirit of students, actively promote modern apprenticeship, enhance the integration of school and enterprises, and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education to foster craftsmanship spirit.
