新媒体环境下高校学生应用网络、手机等途径接触新媒体的机会逐渐增多,学生受到社会环境的影响也更加明显。在这样的背景下,辅导员需要迎合当今时代的发展趋势,积极进行工作思路及工作方法的革新,不断提升工作的效能性。针对新媒体时代高职院校辅导员工作模式创新策略的相关问题进行探讨,分析新媒体时代高职院校辅导员的工作挑战、新媒体时代为高职院校辅导员提供的便利条件,探究高职院校辅导员进行工作模式创新的有效策略,旨在促进高职院校辅导员工作水平的提升。

Under the new media environment, college students have more and more opportunities to access new media through network, mobile phone and other means, and students are more obviously influenced by the social environment. Under such background, counselors need to cater to the development trend of the times, actively carry out the innovation of working ideas and methods, and constantly improve the effectiveness of work. This paper probes into the related problems of innovation strategies of counselors' work mode, analyzes the job challenges of counselors and the convenient conditions provided for counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new media era, and explores the effective strategies of counselors' work mode innovation, aiming at promoting the counselors' work level.
