摘要
在分析传统高职公共课教学现存问题的基础上,引入混合式教学理念并说明该教学模式对学生个性化学习的影响。通过阐述混合教学环境下高职公共课教师在教学团队中的不同角色具体分工的策略,以使教师最大限度地发挥教育教学职能和个人优势,满足学生的个体学习需求,从而改善学生的学习体验,提高学习成果和效率。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional teaching of public courses in higher vocational colleges, this paper introduces the blended teaching concept and explains the influences of the teaching mode on student personalized learning. This paper expounds the strategies of different roles and division of public course teachers in higher vocational colleges under the blended teaching environment, in order to make teachers give full play to their educational functions and personal advantages, and meet the individual learning needs of students. It helps to improve students' learning experience and promote their learning result and efficiency.
