摘要
绩效考核是实现高职院校辅导员队伍建设专业化、职业化的关键要素。通过对高职院校辅导员绩效考核体系存在问题的分析,阐述了辅导员绩效考核体系构建与优化的具体方法,提出了高职院校实施辅导员绩效考核工作的保障措施。
Performance evaluation is the key to realizing the specialization and professionalism of the counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the counselor performance evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, this paper illustrates the specific methods of constructing and optimizing the counselor performance evaluation system, and puts forward the safeguard measures of the counselor performance evaluation work in higher vocational colleges.
