高频超声联合肿瘤特异性生长因子对甲状腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨高频超声联合肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检验在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用及其临床价值.方法 选取2018年1-12月空军军医大学第一附属医院收治的310例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,术前应用高频超声以及TSGF检查,术后行病理学检验,对比高频超声和以及TSGF检查诊断甲状腺癌的效果.结果 高频超声诊断甲状腺癌患者的灵敏度为82.5%,特异度为81.5%,阳性预测值为75.4%,阴性预测值为87.2%;T S G F诊断甲状腺癌患者的灵敏度为79.4%,特异度为78.3%,阳性预测值为71.4%,阴性预测值为84.7%;T S G F联合高频超声诊断甲状腺腺癌灵敏度为92.1%,特异度为93.5%,阳性预测值为90.6%,阴性预测值为94.5%;甲状腺癌患者血清TSGH水平显著高于良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05).结论 TSGF联合高频超声对甲状腺癌患者进行早期诊断,效果较好,诊断价值较高,可在临床推广应用. Objective To investigate the application and clinical value of high frequency ultrasound combined with tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) test in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods A total of310 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from January to December2018 were enrolled.High-frequency ultrasound and TSGF were performed before operation.Pathological examination was performed after surgery.High-frequency ultrasound and TSGF were used to diagnose thyroid cancer. Results The sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients was 82.5%,the specificity was 81.5%,the positive predictive value was 75.4%,the negative predictive value was 87.2%;the sensitivity of TSGF in diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients was 79.4%,and the specificity was 78.3%,positive predictive value was 71.4 %,negative predictive value was 84.7%.Sensitivity of TSGF combined with high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid cancer was 84.1%,specificity was 93.5%,positive predictive value was 82.8 %,negative predictive value was 94.5%.Serum TSGH levels in patients with thyroid cancer were significantly higher than those in benign tumors ( P<0.05). Conclusion TSGF combined with high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid cancer has higher value,which could be further promoted and applied in clinical diagnosis.
