优质护理服务在脑梗塞护理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Application Effect of Quality Nursing Service in Cerebral Infarction Nursing

目的分析和探讨优质护理服务在脑梗塞患者护理中的实际临床应用效果情况。方法方便选取该院2018年1-10月神经内科所收治的脑梗塞患者共计76例,将该次研究调查的76例患者秉承随机双盲原则,分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例患者。为对照组患者开展常规护理,为观察组患者开展优质化护理服务。结果观察组患者的总有效率等情况显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者显效12例,占比31.57%,有效18例,占比47.36%,无效8例,占比21.05%,总有效30例,占比78.94%。观察组显效23例,占比60.52%,有效14例,占比36.84%,无效1例,占比2.63%,总有效37例,占比97.36%(χ^2=6.41、0.86、6.18、6.18)。观察组患者的临床护理服务满意度情况也显著优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者非常满意19例,占比50.00%,比较满意11例,占比28.94%,不满意8例,占比21.05%,总满意度30例,占比78.94%。观察组患者非常满意28例,占比73.68%,比较满意8例,占比21.05%,不满意2例,占比5.26%,总满意度36例,占比94.73%(χ^2=4.52、0.63、4.15、4.15)。结论为脑梗塞患者护理服务中积极提供优质化护理服务,可以较好地提升临床工作有效性,建立和谐护患关系,较好的提升患者的疾病康复情况。

Objective To analyze and discuss the actual clinical application of quality nursing services in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were convenient enrolled.76 patients in this study were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random double-blind principle.Regular nursing care was carried out for the patients in the control group,and quality nursing services were provided for the patients in the observation group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The control group was markedly effective in 12 cases,accounting for 31.57%,effective in 18 cases,accounting for 47.36%,ineffective in 8 cases,accounting for 21.05%,total effective in 30 cases,accounting for 78.94%.The observation group was markedly effective in 23 cases,accounting for 60.52%,effective in 14 cases,accounting for 36.84%,ineffective in 1 case,accounting for 2.63%,total effective in 37 cases,accounting for 97.36%(χ^2=6.41、0.86、6.18、6.18).The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing service in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The patients in the control group were very satisfied with 19 cases,accounting for 50.00%,11 cases were satisfactory,accounting for 28.94%,8 cases were unsatisfactory,accounting for 21.05%,and total satisfaction was 30 cases,accounting for 78.94%.The observation group was very satisfied with 28 cases,accounting for 73.68%,8 cases were satisfactory,accounting for 21.05%,2 cases were not satisfied,accounting for 5.26%,total satisfaction was 36 cases,accounting for 94.73%(χ^2=4.52、0.63、4.15、4.15).Conclusion Actively providing quality nursing services for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the effectiveness of clinical work,establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and better improve the patient's disease rehabilitation.
