艾灸集合眼部点按疗法VDT视疲劳临床探讨

Clinical Study on Visual Fatigue of VDT in Moxibustion Combined with Eye-pointing Therapy

目的分析对于VDT视疲劳患者以艾灸配合眼部点按疗法的临床疗效。方法方便选取2017年4月-2018年6月诊治的VDT视疲劳患者96例作为该次的研究样本,随机数字法下分组为观察组、对照组。观察组患者以艾灸集合眼部点按方案进行治疗,对照组患者采取常规的药物治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床症状改善效果、眼球结膜充血情况以及整体治疗有效率。结果观察组研究对象的总体治疗有效率为95.83%,较对照组的83.33%具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.106,P=0.000);两组患者治疗前症状积分均较高,差异无统计学意义(t=0.316,P=0.053);治疗后观察组患者的症状积分下降幅度较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.178,P=0.000);患者治疗之前眼球结膜的重度充血占比均较高,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.627,P=0.062);治疗后观察组患者的眼球结膜重度充血占比较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.127,P=0.000)。结论对于VDT视疲劳患者采取艾灸集合眼部点按的治疗方案,有助于改善患者临床症状,能够显著缓解患者的眼球结膜充血状况,能够有效提升患者整体治疗效果,该联合治疗方案值得在VDT视疲劳患者治疗中应用、推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with eye-pointing therapy for patients with VDT visual fatigue.Methods Ninety-six patients with VDT visual fatigue who were treated between April 2017 and June 2018 were convenient selected and included in the study.The randomized digital method was used to divide these patients into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with the moxibustion eye-dropping scheme.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medications to compare the clinical symptoms of the two groups,the conjunctival hyperemia and the overall treatment efficiency.Results The overall treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly superior to the control group 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.106,P=0.000).The symptom scores of the two groups were higher before treatment the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.316,P=0.053);After treatment,the scores of symptom in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.178,P=0.000);the proportion of severe hyperemia of the conjunctiva was higher before treatment the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.627,P=0.062);In the observation group,the patients with severe conjunctival hyperemia accounted for a significant decrease in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.127,P=0.000).Conclusion For patients with VDT visual fatigue,the treatment plan of moxibustion combined with eye-pointing can help to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,significantly relieve the conjunctival hyperemia of patients,and effectively improve the overall therapeutic effect of patients.The combination treatment is worthwhile application in the treatment of VDT visual fatigue patients.
