摘要
继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(secondary hyperparathyroidism,SHPT)已成为慢性肾脏病患者最严重的并发症,SHPT的发生与患者的生存质量及存活率密切相关。高频超声及超声新技术、超声引导下的介入治疗在临床上的应用,为SHPT的早期诊断、病情评估、疗效监测及合适治疗策略的选择提供了一个新的评估方法。该文就超声在这方面的应用进展作一综述。
Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) has become the most serious complication of patients with chronic kidney disease.The occurrence of SHPT is closely related to the quality of life and survival rate of patients.The application of high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound new techniques and ultrasound-guided interventional therapy provides a new assessment method for early diagnosis,disease assessment,efficacy monitoring and selection of appropriate treatment strategies for SHPT.A review of the application progress of the aspects is made in this paper.
