简化级联式天然气液化流程数值分析

Numerical analysis of simplified cascaded natural gas liquefaction process

摘要 利用低温制冷机分级制冷的原理,设计了一种结合低温制冷机和蒸气压缩系统的简化级联式天然气液化流程;应用Matlab软件调用NIST REFPROP数据库,对该新型天然气液化流程进行数值分析;研究了不同工况下系统总比功耗的变化和各级制冷系统在液化流程中承担的热负荷情况,并采用[火用]分析对此流程进行了评估。 Based on the principle of hierarchical refrigeration of cryocoolers, a simplified cascaded natural gas liquefaction process was designed, which included two cryocoolers and a vapor compression refrigeration system. The NIST REFPROP database was invoked by Matlab software to carry on a numerical analysis of the natural gas liquefaction process. The total power consumptions of the process under different operating conditions and the heat loads during the liquefaction process were simulated. Finally, the natural gas liquefaction process was evaluated by exergy analysis method.
