摘要 为了对刮板输送机链传动系统在啮合过程中的速度及加速度波动特性进行分析,构建了双面接触波动模型,并通过实验验证了模型的正确性。同时,通过对实测应变信号及加速度信号进行分析,获取了加速度波动和张力波动之间的关系。随后,基于Adams软件建立了刮板链传动系统虚拟样机模型并对其进行动力学仿真分析,探究了不同驱动方式、运输方式及铺设长度对刮板链波动的影响,为链轮与刮板链啮合传动模式的合理设计提供参考。 To analyze the speed and acceleration fluctuation characteristics of the scraper chain transmission system during the meshing process,a double-sided contact fluctuation model is constructed,the correctness of the model is verified by experiments.The relationship between acceleration fluctuation and tension fluctuation is obtained by analyzing the strain signal and acceleration signal.The virtual prototype of the scraper chain system is established by using Adams software and the dynamics simulation is carried out.The influences of different driving modes,working inclinations and laying lengths on the fluctuation of the scraper chain are explored and the analytical results could provide a reference for reasonable design of the meshing drive mode between sprocket and scraper chain.
