摘要
目的探讨使用"无苯"原料的生产车间空气中低浓度苯的存在情况,使用气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法和便携式气质联用仪法3种方法相互验证。方法日常作业场所空气监测过程中用活性炭管采集某车间空气样品,采用气相色谱法检测样品中的苯含量,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对比美国国家标准与技术研究院标准谱库(NIST)定性复检,再使用英福康便携式气质联用仪(INFICONHapsiteER)进行现场空气实时监测以确证低浓度苯。结果(1)短时间采集的样品1mL解吸溶液中苯质量浓度为1.150μg/mL。(2)气相色谱-质谱法对留样进行苯典型碎片筛选,检测出该留样溶液中有疑似苯峰。(3)INFICONHapsiteER便携式气质联用仪器定性表中也提示现场空气中有苯的存在。结论将实验室检测、复测与现场环境监测技术相结合,3种检测结果符合程度相互印证,可及时发现"无苯"车间空气中实际存在的低剂量苯污染。
Objective To investigate the existence of low concentration benzene in benzene-free raw material workplace air by using the gas chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and portable GC-MS combined instrument.Methods The air in a workplace was sampled with charcoal tube during the air supervision process in daily workplace.The existence of benzene was detected by adopting the gas chromatographic method.Meanwhile the qualitative reexamination of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) Standard Library was compared with the gas chromatography and spectrometry combined method.Then the spot air real-time monitoring was performed by using the Inficon portable GC-MS instrument(INFICON Hapsite ER) for confirming the low concentration benzene.Results (1)The benzene concentration in 1 mL desorption solution for the short time collected sample was 1.150 μg/mL.(2)GC-MS was applied to conduct the typical benzene fragment screening in the reserved sample,the suspicious benzene peak was detected in the reserved sample solution.(3) The qualitative table of the INFICON Hapsite ER portable GC-MS instrument also indicated that benzene existed in the spot air.Conclusion Laboratory detection,reexamination and spot environment supervision technique are combined,the coincidence degree of 3 kinds of detection results conducts the mutual corroboration,which can timely find the practical existence of low concentration benzene in the benzene-free workplace air.
