2018年广西水产养殖形势分析及2019年趋势预测

Analysis of Guangxi aquaculture situation in 2018 and trend forecast in 2019

根据分布在全区12个水产养殖信息采集县73个采集点提供的月度养殖生产数据,结合全区水产养殖生产统计数据,分别按总体和分品种总结广西水产养殖生产形势,并分析原因,指出目前存在的水域滩涂确权难度大,保险体系不健全、病害防控压力大等问题,并预测了2019年全区水产养殖运行态势,提出要及时调整养殖品种结构和养殖模式、重视现代水产种业的发展和病害防控体系建设、推进政策性保险制度建设等建议。

According to the monthly aquaculture production data of 73 collection points in 12 aquaculture information collection counties in the whole region,in combination with the aquaculture production data in the whole region,the aquaculture production situation is summarized and analyzed according to the overall and sub-varieties.It is pointed out that there are still some problems such as difficulty in determining the rights of tidal flats in waters,imperfect insurance system,high pressure in disease prevention and control,etc.At the same time,the trend of aquaculture situation in the whole region in 2019 is predicted.Some suggestions are put forward,such as timely adjustment of aquaculture variety structure,aquaculture mode,emphasis on the development of modern aquaculture industry and the construction of disease prevention and control system,promote the construction of policy-based insurance system.
