摘要
研究目标:廓清中国分贸易方式嵌入全球价值链位置及变动机制。研究方法:基于区分中国贸易方式的全球区域间投入产出模型的位置核算和链式结构分解分析方法。研究发现:中国分贸易方式嵌入全球价值链位置在2005~2015年间趋于上升,以一般贸易方式嵌入全球价值链位置更高。中技术制造业嵌入全球价值链位置总体上最高,高技术制造业最低;典型加工贸易部门计算机、电子和光学设备制造业明显向价值链上游迈进。中国制造业通过一般(加工)贸易嵌入全球价值链位置的提升主要是由区内(区外)中间品供给效应的扩张引起的。研究创新:科学测度中国分贸易方式嵌入全球价值链的位置及其变动机制。研究价值:为探寻谋求中国“迈向全球价值链中高端”提供参考启示。
Research Objectives: This paper is to clarify China's global value chain (GVC) position and its changing mechanism considering China's trade heterogeneity. Research Methods: This paper estimates China's normal and processing trade-based GVC positions based on the Inter-Country Input-Output (ICIO) model,and applies chaining Structural Decomposition Analysis (SDA) to investigate the changing mechanism. Research Findings: The GVC positions by trade mode are generally on the rise during 2005~2015,and normal trade-based GVC position is relatively higher than that of processing trade. Further,the GVC positions of medium-tech manufacturing are generally at the high end,while those of high-tech manufacturing are at the low end. The typical processing sector “the computer,electronic and optical equipment” has obviously moved upstream. The increase of normal (processing) trade-based GVC position over time is found to be driven by a rise in intermediate supply network effect. Research Innovations: Considering the heterogeneity of processing and normal trade,this paper scientifically examines China's GVC positions and changing mechanism. Research Value: This paper has shed light on how to move up the GVC position in the future.
