Research on Business Integration of CAPP System

早期CAPP系统只存储不交互,形成了信息孤岛,数据标准化管理使用不规范,系统上下游间集成问题多。为打通数据流,满足多系统集成要求,对CAPP系统进行优化、完善:1)通过业务梳理、整合,在工艺版本、材料定额、工时定额、外协工序和权限管理等方面采取标准化、规范化措施,引入物料编码管理机制,实现工艺数据的结构化管理;2)通过标准化填写工序名称、毛坯规格,用户资源库和标准化检查工具的使用,手动输入变更为信息选填,从工艺信息填写入口进行规范,加强数据源头信息的标准化。通过开展业务整合和标准化工作逐步解决制约系统间集成的瓶颈,使CAPP系统满足各信息系统的集成需求,实现工艺物料的编码化管理、工艺数据生产信息流和财务信息流的贯通,同步推广信息系统集成的标准化应用。

The early CAPP system only stored data and did not interact so as to form an information island.The standardized management of data was irregular,and there were many problems of integration in the information system.In order to communicate the data flow and meet the requirement of information systems integration,CAPP system was optimized and perfected:1)Through business process analysis and integration,standardization measures were adopted in process file version,materials quota,man-hour quota,outsourcing process and authority management,the material coding management mechanism was introduced and structured management of process data was realized.2)By application of user resource database and standardization checking tool,process name and blank material size were standardized,manual input was changed to information filling,and the process information filling in entrance was standardized to strengthen the standardization of data source information.By carrying out business integration and standardization,the bottleneck restricting system integration was gradually solved,so that CAPP system can meet the integration requirements of various information systems,realize the coding management of process materials,the integration of process data production information flow and financial information flow,and promoted the standardized application of information system integration simultaneously.
