导流壳体工艺改进及计算公式推导

摘要 某导流壳体之前加工选用的设备为济南第一机床厂生产的MJ—760MC车削加工中心,刀具为键槽铣刀。改进后采用德玛吉DMU100P五轴加工中心,该设备为非正交机床,主轴旋转角度和工作台旋转角度需要进行计算,所用刀具为自制U钻。比较了2种机床的加工方式,并推导出主轴旋转角度及工作台旋转角度与实际加工角度的关系,综合比较了原来工艺及现有工艺的加工效率。 Previously,the equipment of the diversion shell used for the processing was the MJ-760MC turning center produced by Jinan No.1 Machine Tool Factory and the used tool was keyway milling cutter.The improvement adopted DMU100P 5-axis machining center,which was a non-orthogonal machine tool.The spindle rotation angle and the table rotation angle needed to be calculated,and the used tool was self-made U drill.The machining methods of two kinds of machine tools were compared,and the relationship between the spindle rotation angle and the table rotation angle with the actual machining angle was deduced.Finally,the processing efficiency of the original process was synthetically compared with that of the present process.
