摘要
在锅炉、电厂大型钢结构件的钢结构制造过程中,经常需要进行大量的厚钢板拼接,拼接时需开坡口,填充大量的焊接材料,且焊后会产生一定的焊接变形。为减少焊接变形,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,减少焊材的使用量,对窄间隙埋弧焊技术在厚钢板拼接过程中进行了试验应用。通过钢板焊接时焊接变形的成形原理,得到了焊接变形收缩量的数学模型。研究了厚钢板拼接窄间隙埋弧焊时电流、电压及焊接热输入对焊接变形造成的影响,得出了比较合理的焊接工艺技术参数。为窄间隙埋弧焊在大型钢结构件的厚钢板拼接中的应用提供了理论和试验依据。
A large number of thick steel plates were often required to be spliced in the manufacturing process of medium and large steel structures of boilers and power plants.During the splicing process,a large number of welding materials needed to be filled in the groove,and some welding deformation will occur after welding.In order to reduce welding deformation,improve production efficiency,reduce production cost,and reduce the amount of welding material.The narrow gap submerged arc welding technology was applied in the splice process of thick steel plate.The mathematical model of welding deformation shrinkage was obtained through the forming principle of welding deformation during steel plate welding.The influence of current,voltage and welding heat input on welding deformation in thick steel plate splice and narrow gap submerged arc welding was studied.It provided theoretical and experimental basis for the application of narrow gap submerged arc welding in the splice of medium and thick steel plates of large steel structures.
