摘要
针对汽车日益增多和汽车污染日益严重的问题,对发动机进行结构创新,用乙醇取代汽油燃料。通过对斯特林发动机的设计,使之长期连续运转,主动气缸的缸体内径与活塞外径有0.6mm的间隙,保证冷空气能通过缝隙流过,被动气缸的缸体内径与活塞外径为?16H7/g6的间隙配合,不允许漏气;增加进气门和排气口,使主动气缸和被动气缸的冷腔不是热气体而是室温气体,始终有温度差。通过对斯特林发动机的设计、制造和装配,试验运行正常,能够实现长期运转,降低了大气污染,符合国家发展需求。
In view of the increasing number of automobiles and the increasingly serious problems of automobile pollution,structural innovation should be carried out keep pace with the times,replace gasoline with ethanol.Through the design of Stirling engine,made it run continuously for a long time,the inner diameter of main air cylinder and the outer diameter of the piston had a clearance of 0.6 mm,to ensure that cold air can flow through the gap,the inner diameter of the passive air cylinder and the outer diameter of the piston were cooperate with?16H7/g6,it did not allow air leakage,increased the inlet valve and exhaust valve,so that the main air cylinder and the passive air cylinder of the cold cavity was gas at room temperature,not hot gas,there was always a temperature difference.Through the improvement of design,manufacture,and fabrication,test run was normal,it can realize longtime running,so as to reduce air pollution,it conformed to the needs of national development.
