摘要
通过对某设备45钢齿轮断裂的深入分析,研究了45钢材料的热处理特性和原工艺存在的问题,对断裂齿轮进行了硬度和显微组织分析,找到了齿轮断裂的原因。针对该型齿轮特点,改进齿轮加工工艺,增加了齿形粗加工工序,改善了齿轮热处理性能,较好地解决了齿轮加工出现的问题,保证了产品加工质量,为该型齿轮加工提供了参考。
Through the in-depth analysis of a 45 steel gear fracture of a certain equipment,the heat treatment characteristics of the 45 steel materials and the problems of the original process were studied.The hardness and microstructure analysis of the broken gear were carried out,so the cause of the gear fracture was found.According to the characteristics of this type of gear,the gear processing technology was improved,the tooth-shaped rough machining process was added in,so the heat treatment performance of the gear was improved,the problems occurring in the gear machining were better solved,the processing quality of the product was ensured,which provided a reference for the gear machining.
