庆阳地区脑梗死患者康复期服药依从性调查及分析

Investigation on compliance of patients with cerebral infarction in rehabilitation period and analysis of influencing factors in Qingyang area

目的探讨庆阳地区脑梗死患者康复期服药依从性调查,并对停止用药的影响因素进行分析。方法选取本院2015年7月至2018年5月期间收治的85例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随访1年后,记录患者脑梗死发生率,调查出院1个月及出院1年后患者抗血小板聚集药物、降压药物、他汀类药物、降糖药物、抗凝药物的用药依从性,分析停止用药的影响因素。结果随访1年,脑梗死再次发生率为5.88%;出院1年后,患者抗凝药物及他汀药物用药依从性较出院1个月后低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者服用不同药物停止用药影响因素各不相同。结论庆阳地区脑梗死患者康复期对降压药物及降糖药物的服药依从性较好,对他汀类药物及抗凝药物服药依从性较差,且影响因素多与自主感觉用药效果不佳、担心不良反应等相关,临床医生应及时处理,提升患者服药依从性,降低脑梗死再发风险。

Objective To investigate the compliance of cerebral infarction patients in rehabilitation period in Qingyang area,and to analyze the influencing factors of discontinuation of medication.Methods Eighty-five patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.After one year of follow-up,the incidence of cerebral infarction was recorded.The compliance of antiplatelet aggregation drugs,antihypertensive drugs,statins,hypoglycemic drugs and anticoagulants was investigated one month after discharge and one year after discharge,and the influencing factors of discontinuation were analyzed.Results The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction was 5.88% after 1 year of follow-up,and the compliance of patients with anticoagulants and statins was lower than that after 1 month of discharge(P<0.05).The influencing factors of patients taking different drugs to stop using drugs were different.Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction in Qingyang area have better compliance with antihypertensive drugs and hypoglycemic drugs in convalescent period,but worse compliance with statins and anticoagulants,and the influencing factors are mostly related to the poor effect of self-perceived medication and fear of adverse reactions.Clinicians should deal with these factors in time to improve the patients’ compliance with medication and reduce the risk of recurrence of cerebral infarction.
