摘要
目的探讨T-2毒素对大鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质表达的影响,以及在低硒条件下T-2毒素的协同作用。方法以T-2毒素、低硒饲料制作动物模型,随机分为对照组、低T-2组、高T-2组、低硒组、低硒+低T-2组、低硒+高T-2组,采用反相高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定盐酸去甲肾上腺素(L-NE)、盐酸多巴胺(L-DA)、5-羟基吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的含量。结果各组大鼠脑组织中L-NE含量均低于对照组的317.585ng/g,其中低硒+高T-2组为221.395ng/g,差异最为显著(P<0.05);各组大鼠脑组织中L-DA含量均低于对照组的5363.783ng/g,其中低硒+低T-2组、低硒+高T-2组分别为3898.650和3736.547ng/g,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);低硒组、低硒+低T-2组、低硒+高T-2组大鼠脑组织中5-HIAA含量分别为4036.792、3818.490、3707.382μg/g,均明显低于对照组的6107.707μg/g(P<0.01),其中低硒组的5913.993μg/g与低T-2组的4036.792μg/g相比,差别显著(P<0.01)。结论单因素T-2毒素可引起大鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟基吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的表达降低,并与低硒因素具有协同作用。
Objective Explore the effect of T-2 toxin and it’s synergy with low selenium on neurotransmitter expression in rats’ brain.Methods In this experiment,We established animals modals by feeding different T-2 toxin and selenium(Selenium,Se) to rats,randomly divided into control group,low T-2 group,high T-2 group,low-Se group,low Se+Low T-2 group,low Se+high T-2 group,use the anti-phase high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence method to detect the levels of L-NE,L-DA,5-HIAA.Results The content of rats’ brain L-NE in all groups were lower than the control group of 317.585 ng/kg,and the low Se+high T-2 group was 221.395 ng/kg,which were significantly different with the the control group(P<0.05).The content of rats’ brain L-DA in all groups were lower than the control group of 5 363.783 ng/kg,and low Se+Low T-2 group,low Se+high T-2 group were 3 898.650 and 3 736.547 ng/kg separately,which have statistically significant with the control group(P<0.05).The content of rats’ brain 5-HIAA in low-Se group,low Se+Low T-2 group,low Se+high T-2 group were 4 036.792,3 818.490,3 707.382 μg/g separately,which were lower than the control group of 6 107.707 μg/g,the differences were all significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The single factor of T-2 toxin can lower the content of NE,DA,5-HIAA and have synergistic effect with low-Se.
