心理护理对心脏瓣膜置换术患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement

目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换术患者采用心理护理干预的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将本院2017年3月—2019年2月期间收治的68例拟行心脏瓣膜置换术患者分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组采用心理护理措施,调查两组护理满意度及生活质量,并记录两组治疗依从性,分别进行比较。结果观察组护理满意度为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%;观察组患者治疗总依从率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生活质量调查简表(SF-36)中各维度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏瓣膜置换术患者采用心理护理措施可有效提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量,增加护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement.Methods According to the random digital table method,68 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement from March 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group(n=34) and observation group(n=34).The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing measures.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were investigated,and the treatment compliance of the two groups was recorded and compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.59%),and the total compliance rate of the patients in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension in the quality of life survey summary table(SF-36) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing measures can effectively improve treatment compliance,improve quality of life and increase nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement.
