女性围绝经期抑郁症的发病及可能神经生物学机制 被引量:13

摘要 抑郁症已成为世界范围内的首要致残原因。抑郁症发病女性高于男性,围绝经期女性抑郁症发病明显增高,但是机制仍然不明确。抑郁症发病与多种递质紊乱有关,而在围绝经期,女性由于卵巢功能衰退,会出现多种激素水平波动,并伴随单胺类递质、神经活性甾体、GABA、脑源性神经营养因子等的改变,这些变化可能是导致女性围绝经期抑郁症发病的神经生物学机制。 Depression has become the leading cause of disability worldwide.The incidence of depression in women is higher than that in men,and the incidence of depression in perimenopausal women is significantly increased,but the mechanism remains unclear.The onset of depression is associated with multiple neurotransmitter disorders.In the perimenopausal period,due to the decline of ovarian function in women,there will be fluctuations in various hormone levels,accompanied by changes in monoamine transmitter,neuroactive steroids,GABA,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),etc.These changes may be the neurobiological mechanisms that caused perimenopausal depression in women.
