苗药添加剂对织金白鹅生长及免疫性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Guizhou Miao Herbal Medicine Additives on Growth and Immune Performance of Zhijin Geese

摘要 本试验通过研究不同苗药饲料添加剂对织金白鹅生长、屠宰及免疫性能的影响,筛选出效果较好的苗药饲料添加剂。试验选择30日龄健康织金白鹅180只,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只(公母各半),进行饲养对比试验,试验期90d。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加1.5%相应的苗药添加剂。结果表明:饲粮中添加苗药添加剂3及5可提高平均日增重、日均采食量、屠宰率、半净膛率及全净膛率(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05),添加添加剂5则降低腹脂率(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加苗药添加剂2及5能提高肾脏、脾脏、胸腺及法氏囊指数(P<0.05),能提高血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4含量(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加苗药添加剂5效果最好,可显著提高织金白鹅生长性能、免疫性能、屠宰性能及脏器指数。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary and with different Miao herbal medicine additives on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune performance of Zhijin geese and explore optimal dietary Miao herbal medicine additives.One hundred and eighty Zhijin geese at 30 days of age were randomly divided into 6 groups,3 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate(half male and half female).The test casted for 90 days.The control group were fed with a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1.5%of the corresponding Miao herbal medicine additives,respectively.The results showed that dietary Miao herbal medicine additive 3 and 5 increased ADFI(average daily feed intake),ADG(average daily gain),dressing percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated yield and percentage of eviscerated yield(P<0.05),and decreased F/G(the ratio of feed to gain)of geese(P<0.05).Moreover,additive 5 decreased the percentage of abdominal fat of geese(P<0.05).Dietary supplemented with Miao herbal medicine additive 2 and 5 increased the Kidney index,Spleen index,Thymus index,Bursa of Fabricius index,the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),C3 and C4 in serum(P<0.05).The results showed that dietary supplement with Miao herbal medicine additive 5 was best,could significantly increase the growth performance,immune performance,slaughter performance,viscera indices of Zhijin geese.
