摘要 热力管道用于输送蒸汽或热水等热能介质,管道在运行过程中若不能及时监控到温度、水位等异常指标,可能会酿成事故造成较大损失。对此,提出基于SignalR技术的热力管道实时监控系统。系统主要由热力管网数据采集终端、服务器、客户端三部分组成。数据采集终端利用全光纤传感器实时采集管网外部土壤温度、井室水位、甲烷浓度等数据,并将数据解析上传至MySQL数据库中;服务器保存监控数据,提供访问接口,负责解析处理客户端请求;客户端浏览器使用了Ajax、Highcharts、jQuery EasyUI等前端技术与服务器进行通信并渲染页面;为了及时将告警数据从服务器推送给客户端,使用了SignalR技术实现了实时Web通信。实验表明,系统可以准确及时定位设备故障,保障设备运行的可靠性。 Heat pipes are used to transport thermal energy medium such as steam or hot water.It may cause serious accidents if people fail to monitor abnormal indicators such as temperature in time.Therefore,a real-time monitoring system using SignalR is proposed.The system is mainly composed of three parts:data collection terminal,the server,and the client.The data collection terminal uses fiber sensors to collect data such as soil temperature,well water level,methane concentration and uploads the data to the MySQL database.The server is responsible for saving the monitoring data,providing access interfaces and processing the client requests.The browser uses technologies such as Ajax,Highcharts,jQuery EasyUI to communicate with the server.In order to send alarm data from the server to the client timely,the system uses SignalR technology to implement Real-time Web communication.Experiments have shown that the system can locate faults quickly and feedback the abnormal conditions of the device in time.
