随着消费者对舒适性和个性化的需要越来越高,定制家具和全屋定制得到了迅速发展。家具制造所需原材料的采购就转变为种类多用量少,采购管理就显得繁而杂,实施原材料采购管理的低能耗、高效管理就显得尤为重要。以国内某定制家具企业现有的原材料采购管理系统和模式为研究对象,分析其存在的主要问题及产生的原因,从原材料管理改进措施、信息平台的整合和原材料流程的改良等方面,对采购管理系统和管理模式提出优化方案,为企业原材料采购的高效管理提供可行性的建议。

With the increasing demand for comfort and individualization of consumers,customized furniture and household customization have developed rapidly.The procurement of raw materials for furniture manufacturing has changed into more kinds and less consumption,so the procurement management is complicated and complicated.It is particularly important to implement the low energy consumption and efficient management of raw materials procurement management.Taking the existing raw material purchasing management system and mode of a domestic customized furniture enterprise as the research object,the main problems and their cause are analyzed.From the aspects of improvement measures of raw material management,integration of information platform and improvement of raw material flow,the optimization scheme of purchasing management system and mode is put forward to provide feasibility for efficient management of raw material purchasing in enterprises suggestions.
