北京工商大学作为首家进入良乡高教园区建设新校区的大学,得到了北京市政府各级主管部门的高度重视。北京工商大学新校区的建设,对于早日实现创建国内一流水平大学的建设目标将起到重要的推动作用。本次规划设计是对整个校区规划发展的战略思考,更是北京工商大学发展的百年大计。论文结合北京工商大学新校区的建设,分析其规划竞赛过程,探讨了方案设计的特色。

As the first university to enter Liangxiang Higher Education Park to build a new campus, Beijing Technology and Business University has been attached great importance by the competent departments at all levels of Beijing Municipal Government. The construction of the new campus of Beijing Technology and Business University will play an important role in promoting the early realization of the goal of building a first-class university in China. This planning and design is a strategic consideration for the planning and development of the whole campus, and is also a century-long plan for the development of Beijing Industrial and Commercial University. Based on the construction of the new campus of Beijing Technology and Business University, this paper analyses the process of planning competition and discusses the characteristics of the scheme design.
