依托汉孝城际铁路项目,为解决箱梁底部作业净空小,通过采用砂箱做底模支承,成功地解决了梁底施工净空小、支架拆除困难等难题,具有施工效率高、安全风险小、成本投入少等优点,应用前景广泛。

Based on HanXiao intercity railway project, in order to solve the problem of small clearance at the bottom of box girder, the problems such as small clearance at the bottom of beam construction and difficult dismantling of bracket are successfully solved by using sand box as bottom die support.
